Halloween Trick or Trot Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS 2026

The race.

The Halloween Trick or Trot Run takes place on October 31, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee, offering 5K and 10K distances. Participants can choose from four waves starting at 7:30 a.m., 8 a.m., 8:30 a.m., or run upon arrival. Registration includes a technical running shirt (shipped to your U.S. address), finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway item, and digital training pack. Timing is optional and can be tracked via personal running apps or with coordinator assistance. Packet pickup is not required; race bibs are distributed on race day. A virtual run option is available for those unable to participate in person. All ages and paces welcome with adult guardianship for participants under 18.
