The race.

The Thanksgiving Gobble Trot takes place on November 28, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee, offering four race distances: 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and half marathon (13.1 miles). Participants can choose from three staggered wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with late arrivals accommodated through the first three hours. All paces and ages welcome to run or walk; those under 18 must have a guardian present. Finishers receive a technical running shirt (shipped to US addresses), finisher's medal, towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online certificate. Optional timing available via personal app submission or coordinator assistance; no timing chips used. Race bibs distributed on race day; packet pickup not required. A virtual run option is available with submission of results for medal eligibility. Post-race fundraising is optional, with $1 per mile logged donated to partner charities.
