Sunrise Marathon 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS 2026

The race.

The Sunrise Marathon 5K/10K/13.1 takes place December 12, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee, offering four distance options: 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and 13.1 miles. Participants choose from three staggered start waves beginning at 7:30 a.m., 8 a.m., or 8:30 a.m., with late arrivals welcome during the three-hour coordinator window. All ages and paces are accepted; children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Finishers receive a tech race shirt (shipped to their US address before race day), finisher's medal, towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online certificate. Timing is optional and can be tracked via personal apps or with coordinator assistance. A virtual run option is available for those unable to attend in person. Packet pickup is not required; race bibs are distributed on race day.
