Veterans Day Freedom Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS 2026

The race.

The Veterans Day Freedom Run takes place November 14, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee, offering 5K and 10K distances. Participants can run or walk at one of three wave start times: 7:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., or 8:30 a.m. All ages are welcome with guardians for those under 18. Finishers receive a technical running t-shirt (shipped to their registered address), finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online results certificate. Race bibs are distributed on race day; packet pickup is not required. Optional chip timing is available through personal tracking apps or coordinator assistance. A virtual run option is also available. Optional fundraising supports a charity of the participant's choice, with 100 percent of net funds directed to the selected cause.
