Run For Love 5K/1-mile 2026

The race.

Run For Love 5K/1-Mile takes place Saturday, August 8, 2026, at ABAC's Red Hill Athletic Complex in Tifton, GA. Participants may enter the 5K run, the 1-mile fun run, or both distances. Race day check-in runs from 7:00–7:45 AM, with the 5K starting at 8:00 AM and the 1-mile fun run at 9:00 AM. Awards ceremony begins at 9:30 AM. The 5K features overall and age-group awards (5-year increments) for male, female, and masters categories, with top-3 finishers in each division recognized. The 1-mile fun run awards overall male and female winners, with all other finishers receiving participation medals. Proceeds benefit the Tift County Cross Country team.
