Run for PB& J 5K/10K/13.1 TAMPA 2026

The race.

Run for PB&J 5K/10K/13.1 takes place August 15, 2026, in Tampa, FL, with four distance options: 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and 13.1 miles. Participants choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 AM, with waves filling on a first-come basis. All paces and ages welcome (participants under 18 need a guardian). Each finisher receives a race bib on race day, a technical running shirt shipped to their US address before the race, a finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online results with certificate. Timing is optional; runners may self-track using an app or request coordinator assistance. Virtual run participation is available. A charity component offers $1 donations per mile logged after the race.
