The race.
Run the Woods takes place on November 15, 2026, in Oak Ridge, NJ, with three running options along Paradise Road trails: an 8K, a 5K, and a 1-mile fun run. The 1-mile event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities. All three distances start and finish on the same course. The 5K and 8K routes follow wooded trail terrain. Participants in all distances receive finisher recognition at the finish line. The course is USATF certified.
