Ryan's Ranch Run 2026

The race.

Ryan's Ranch Run takes place September 6, 2026, at Thousand Hills Ranch in Pismo Beach, California, offering three distances: a 1-mile kids race starting at 9:00 AM, a 3.1-mile 5K starting at 9:30 AM, and a 6.2-mile 10K also starting at 9:30 AM. The 5K and 10K share the first 3.1 miles on a mixed dirt and paved course looping through ranch fields before splitting, with the 10K continuing on ranch roads. Both races begin and end at a historic barn. All courses feature water stations and volunteer support. Top 17 overall finishers in the 5K and 10K receive official cowboy hats, and overall male and female winners receive additional prizes. The event raises funds for Central Coast Athletics Foundation and 17 Strong, an organization providing Victory Trips to young adults with life-threatening illnesses.
