Salt Springs Field, Forest & Falls Trail Races 2026

The race.

Salt Springs Field, Forest & Falls Trail Races takes place August 29, 2026, in Montrose, PA. Runners can register for a 3.1-mile, 6.2-mile, or 31-mile distance on technical trail courses. The 31-mile option consists of five loops of the 10K course with over 7,000 feet of elevation gain and a 6:30 pm cutoff. All races are chip-timed and benefit Friends of Salt Springs Park. Post-race breakfast, beverages, and camaraderie are available after completion. Race shirts are optional add-ons with an August 11 deadline for orders.
