She Tris Sprint Triathlon - Carnes Crossroads 2026

She Tris Sprint Triathlon is an all-women's event held September 19, 2026, in Summerville, SC at Carnes Crossroads. The swim leg covers 250 yards in the community pool, the bike course is an 8-mile three-loop route through the neighborhood, and the run is a 2-mile out-and-back course on neighborhood paths. Girls' distances are available for ages 4–14, duathlon and aquathlon options are offered, and virtual participation is available with times due by September 30th. All participants receive a She Tris swim cap, shirt, finish line photos, and access to a finish line party; finishers also receive a keepsake.
