1. Stop by AKtive Soles Performance Footwear and purchase your Soles in the Backcountry Adventure Book. * Must purchase book to compete/ win prizes.

2. Climb any mountain, run any trail and track your VERTICAL GAIN.

3. Go to https:runsignup.com and sign up for the vertical challenge (for free)

3. Log into https://runsignup.com/sitbcvertical

4. Follow instructions using "how to submit activities" tab.

5. Top male and top female participants will win a $100 AKtive Soles gift card.

6. You have until October 1st at 8 am to submit your activities.
