The race.
This 6.6-kilometer run/walk takes place on September 7, 2026, in McLean, Illinois, as Stop 10 of the Spirits Run Illinois Adventure Series. Participants run a course through McLean's historic corridor and join runner Enric Casacuberta for a 2.1-mile shared segment; the event supports ALS awareness. All finishers receive a Route 66 charm to add to an official series medal, and a custom bib for this stop. Event shirts are available for purchase during registration. A post-run celebration follows, and the event is open to all paces.
