Run for Breast Cancer 5K/10K/13.1 CHICAGO/EVANSTON 2026

The race.

This 5K and 10K run takes place August 29, 2026, in Chicago, IL, organized by The Best Races. Participants can choose from three wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with optional timing via personal apps or coordinator assistance. All finishers receive a technical running shirt (shipped to registered US addresses), finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online certificate of completion. Packet pickup is not required; race bibs are distributed on race day. A virtual run option is also available. Registration waves fill quickly on a first-come, first-served basis, with last-minute signups accepted up to two weeks before the event, though shirts may arrive after race day for late registrations.
