Spooky Sprint- Rochester 2026

The race.

The Spooky Sprint takes place on October 11, 2026, in Rochester, Minnesota, offering distances of 50 meters, 1 mile, 3.1 miles, 6.2 miles, and 13.1 miles, plus virtual and volunteer-then-run options. All registered participants receive a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The 50-meter kids' dash is untimed and available free to children ages 10 and under who decline merchandise, or includes a youth-sized shirt and youth medal with paid registration. The 1-mile distance is untimed. Finishers receive treats at the finish line, and chip timing with live results and free photos are provided. Registration must be completed by midnight on the Thursday two weeks before race day to guarantee a shirt. Youth pricing of $17 applies to the 3.1-mile distance for ages 12 and under.
