Summer Sizzler- Memphis 2026

The race.

The Summer Sizzler takes place August 23, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee. Participants can choose from five distances: a 50-meter dash, 1-mile, 5K, 10K, and 15K. All distances except the 1-mile run are chip-timed with live results. Finishers receive custom bibs, designer shirts, and custom medals; the 1-mile and kids' dash (ages 10 and under) are untimed. The finish line offers refreshments including Kona Ice and treats, plus complimentary photos. Registration must be completed by midnight the Thursday before race day to guarantee a shirt. Youth pricing applies to the 5K and 10K for runners 12 and under. Teams of four or more receive a $5 refund per member, with an additional $5 refund when a team reaches ten members. A virtual race option is available.
