The race.

Ferguson Fitness presents an 8K HYROX Race Simulation on April 25, 2026, at Summit View Shelter in Rocky Mount, VA. Participants complete running segments and exercise stations including skiing, sled pushes, sled rope pulls, burpee broad jumps, rowing, kettlebell carries, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Individual, doubles, and relay team formats are available, with relay teams consisting of four people. Relay heats begin at 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 12:00 PM. All finishers receive medals and shirts, with awards given for top times in each division.
