The race.
The Texas Tough Relays Half Marathon & 5K takes place September 20, 2026, in San Antonio, TX, starting at Eisenhower Park. Participants can enter the half marathon as an individual, join a three-person relay team, or run the 5K. All finishers receive medals, and age group awards are given for both the half marathon and 5K distances. Relay team awards go to the three fastest teams in Open Male, Open Female, Masters Male, Masters Female, Coed, and Mixed categories. All runners receive a meal.
