The Dam 5 Miler 2026

The race.

The Dam 5 Miler takes place on November 21, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM CST at Center Hill Recreation Area in Lancaster, Tennessee. The 5-mile chip-timed course runs across Center Hill Dam and into Edgar Evins State Park, featuring road inclines throughout. Both runners and walkers are welcome. All finishers receive a race t-shirt and medal. Awards are given for overall male and female 1st–3rd places, age-group winners in 10-year brackets, and Masters (40+) and Grand Masters (50+) categories. Aid stations are positioned approximately every 1.5–2 miles. Packet pickup is available Friday, November 20th, from 1:00–6:00 p.m. at 158 Resource Lane, Lancaster, or Saturday morning from 7:00–7:45 a.m. at Ike Park.
