The race.
The Soldier Creek Showdown V takes place on October 11, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, featuring mountain bike racing at the SCIP Recreational Trails. Four race distances are offered: 1 mile for Kids Kup (ages 12 and under), 14 miles for Cat 3 racers, 21 miles for Cat 2 racers, and 28 miles for Cat 1 Men. Kids Kup begins at 9:00 AM, followed by the Cat 3 race at 10:00 AM, Cat 1 at 11:30 AM, and Cat 2 at 11:45 AM. All racers must purchase a one-time $25 season race plate with integrated timing chip before race day. The event is part of Tour de Dirt, a nonprofit mountain bike series supporting local trails and youth cycling programs across Oklahoma.
