The race.
The Trail Run at Eagle Mountain Park takes place on October 17, 2026, at Eagle Mountain Park in Fort Worth, Texas. Participants choose between a 5-mile trail run or a 2-mile hike. The event uses self-timing rather than electronic chips. Finishers receive a ceramic mug with pancakes, and refreshments include hot coffee and trailside treats. Top male and female finishers receive free Mount to Coast Trail Shoes. A guided youth hike is available for kids through Girl Scout Troop participation. Live music, a sock exchange, and trail shoe demonstrations are featured. Proceeds benefit Streams & Valleys to support Trinity River and Trails protection and enhancement.
