The race.
On November 1, 2026, the Thompson Cancer Survival Center Race Against Cancer takes place in Knoxville, TN at Covenant Health Park. The event features multiple distances: a 6.2-mile race, 3.1-mile race, 1-mile option, and 0.5-mile option. A Survivor March and photo opportunity begins at 2 PM, followed by a Tribute to Survivors at 2:15 PM, with the race starting at 3 PM. Proceeds support cancer education, early detection, and care provided by the Thompson Cancer Survival Center to medically underserved residents in East Tennessee.
