Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - Jersey Shore, NJ 2026

The race.

This 5K run and walk takes place October 18, 2026, in Wall, NJ, supporting the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The event is timed and open to runners and walkers of all abilities. Packet pickup is available October 15–17 at 2700 Allaire Road, Wall Township, with final pickup on race morning from 7:00–8:00 AM. Online registration closes at 8:00 AM on race day, with same-day registration available. Participants receive a T-shirt with registration (subject to availability for late registrants). Water stations will be positioned along the route and at the start/finish line. Awards are offered, with consideration given to participants running in firefighter turnout gear or military backpacks. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted.
