The race.
The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk takes place September 19, 2026, in Virginia Beach, VA. Participants can run or walk the 5K distance. Packet pickup is available November 15th at Murphy's Irish Restaurant or race morning at 24th Street Park Pavilion Stage starting at 7 a.m. The event honors first responders and those lost on September 11, 2001.
