The race.
The Turkey Dri Tri takes place on November 22, 2026, in Oak Brook, Illinois, hosted by the Oak Brook Park District. The indoor triathlon is open to ages 12 and up at all skill levels and consists of a 2000-meter row on Concept 2 rowers, a 2.5-mile cycle on Air Assault bikes, and a 1.25-mile run or walk completed as 10 laps on an indoor track. Participants are assigned to gender and age-based heats with up to 6 competitors per heat; heats begin at 7:30 a.m. and start every 30 minutes, with confirmed start times sent one week prior. Athletic shoes and appropriate attire are required. First-place male and female finishers each receive the Golden Turkey award.
