The race.
The Wolfman Triathlon and Trail Runs take place September 12, 2026, near White Lake, Wisconsin. The triathlon combines a 3-mile whitewater paddle on the Wolf River, a 13-mile mountain bike ride through the Nicolet Roche trail system, and a 3.75-mile trail run with river crossings. Staggered starts begin at 8:00 AM for the triathlon. Standalone trail run options include the Wolfman Heavy 5K (3.75 miles) and Wolfman Heavy 10K (7.5 miles), both starting at 10:00 AM on the same trail route. Participants can compete individually, as tandem teams, or as 3-person relay teams.
