The free preview
Before you buy, paid-gallery photos are shown as a preview with a small watermark so you can find yourself and decide. If the event makes an eligible photo free, its gallery shows the available download option; there is no universal free-photo entitlement.
Downloading after you buy
Once you have bought a photo or bundle, you can download the full versions without the watermark. At an effectively free event, the gallery can also provide a clean full-resolution file when that derivative is ready and otherwise can fall back to the eligible watermarked asset. Downloads are available from your race page and through the supported delivery options shown there.
Sign in to download a free full-resolution photo. After signing in, you return to the photo page; click Download again. If the full-resolution file is still processing, try again later. The separate free-by-bib photo pack contains web-resolution, race-branded copies and does not require an account.
Adding your official finish time
On an eligible photo's download panel, choose Original for the clean full-resolution file, or With finish time for a separate full-resolution JPEG with the official time. Each click downloads one version. The finish-time copy keeps the event's applicable branding and photographer credit.
The finish-time option appears only when a current official result can be safely matched to one runner in the photo. You do not need to claim a runner profile. Sign-in and the existing free-event or purchase requirements still apply. Missing, corrected, ambiguous, private, youth, or opted-out results can make this option unavailable. You can still download Original. If preparation fails, try again later or choose Original.
The separate free-by-bib ZIP remains web-resolution; it does not contain these new full-resolution finish-time copies.
