How to join a run club on PodiumBase
Finding your club, joining it, and what membership gets you.
How do I join a club?
Find your club in the club directory and join it, or use an invite from someone already in it. Some clubs accept anyone who asks; others review new members first, so your membership may sit as pending until an organizer approves it.
If your club is not in the directory yet, anyone in it can set it up. See how to set up a run club.
What do I get from joining?
Three things:
- A club gallery. Photos from races your clubmates ran, gathered in one place instead of scattered across separate race pages.
- Club codes. Discounts your club has arranged with race organizers, applied when you register.
- Club picks. Races your club has highlighted, so you can see what everyone is signing up for next.
Joining does not change how your own photos are found or what they cost you.
Do my photos become visible to my club?
Only the ones that are already public. Joining a club does not make private photos visible, and it does not share your purchases. If you have hidden your photos from public galleries in your privacy center, they stay hidden from your club too.
To check or change that, see how to delete your data, which covers the public-photo switch.
Can I leave a club?
Yes, at any time, from your club page. Leaving removes you from the roster and the club gallery. Photos you bought stay yours.
Browse clubs in the club directory.
