Reading your sales dashboard

See what your event earned, how sales trend over time, and how revenue splits across photographers.

Open the dashboard

Open your event and go to the Sales tab. It shows what your event has earned and where the money came from. You can switch the period between all time, the last 30 days, and the last 7 days.

What the numbers mean

At the top you see gross revenue, net revenue, the number of sales, and the number of refunds. A chart below shows how sales have trended over time, so you can see the lift after photos go live or after you send a campaign.

Splits and refunds

A per-photographer table breaks down sale items, gross, commission, and net for each photographer, with a total row, so you can see who is driving sales. A refunds table lists the refunds on the event.

This dashboard is for viewing your sales. Getting paid out to your bank is handled separately through your payout settings, covered in Getting paid with Stripe.
