Switching roles
If you wear more than one hat — athlete, race director, photographer, club admin — you can switch which one PodiumBase shows you.
One account, several hats
Plenty of people on PodiumBase are more than one thing: a race director who also runs, a photographer who helps run a club. You have one account; roles are just different views of it.
Switching your active role
Open the account menu (your avatar, top right) and pick the role you want to act as. The whole app — your overview, the side navigation, what's surfaced first — switches to that role's view. Switch back the same way, any time.
What switching does not do
Switching roles only changes what you see, never what you can do. It does not grant or remove any permissions, and it does not affect anyone else. If you only have one role, there is nothing to switch and you will not see the option.
