Tagging clips to a bib

Tag a clip

Open your event and go to the Tag clips tab. Here you match each uploaded video clip to a runner by bib number. For each clip that is ready, enter the bib number, tick the box to confirm you have reviewed the clip, and click Tag and publish. Tagging is what publishes a clip so the runner can find and buy it.

Fixing a tag

If a clip is already published to the wrong bib, you can enter the correct bib and re-tag it. The tab shows how many clips are tagged so you can work through the rest.

Good to know

Clip tagging is done by hand and matches on bib number. Clips are not matched to faces automatically the way photos can be, so a person reviews and tags each one. Clips need to be uploaded and finished processing before they appear here ready to tag.
