Your deliverables for a shoot

Each shoot you accept has a deliverables view that shows what you owe and by when. It lists your upload deadline and your progress toward the coverage target for that event, so you always know how much is left.

Batch status

As your photos come in, each batch moves through a few stages: uploading, then processing, then live once it is published, or failed if something went wrong. Watching this lets you confirm your work has landed and reached athletes.

If you are running late

If you pass the agreed deadline, the view flags that your photos are overdue and that athletes are waiting, so upload as soon as you can. Delivering on time keeps runners happy and your standing strong.
