Watching live photo coverage

See photos flow in during your event and spot which bibs and zones still need coverage.

Watch coverage come in

Open your event and go to the Live photos tab during your race. This is a live view that refreshes on its own, so you can watch photos arrive as your photographers shoot. There are no buttons here to press. It is a monitor you keep an eye on.

What it shows

  • Bib coverage: how many bibs have been detected so far, with a preview of bibs that do not have a photo yet.
  • Coverage stream: running counts of your zones, uploads, how many photos landed inside a zone, and how many were matched to a runner.
  • Coverage heat by zone and an upload stream, so you can see where photos are coming from and which zones are quiet.

When it is most useful

Live photos is most helpful once you have set up coverage zones and your photographers are uploading during the event. If a zone looks quiet, you can reach your photographer to make sure that part of the course is covered before the moment passes.
