What PodiumBase covers
PodiumBase helps runners find eligible race photos, browse published race information and results when available, and register for races that offer PodiumBase-hosted checkout. Some races use an outside registration provider instead; the race page tells you which path is active. Coverage and availability vary by event.
The help center and the bot can explain supported photo, account, registration, results, privacy, and refund flows. If a race page does not offer a capability, it should not be inferred from a different event.
What remains with the organizer or timing provider
PodiumBase is not the timing system. It can import supported final results and, for an enabled event, show a timing provider's official live-results destination. The timing provider and race organizer remain authoritative for finish times, live tracking, corrections, transfers, deferrals, and entry-refund decisions.
For an eligible PodiumBase photo purchase, use the refund and cancellation policy and the refund action in your purchases. If registration is hosted by an outside provider, that provider's policy applies. A teammate can help when the self-serve path is unavailable or a transaction, result, or photo needs review.
When to contact a person
Contact PodiumBase support for an account or photo mismatch, a broken supported flow, a rights or privacy concern, or a question the help center cannot answer. We will route timing-provider and event-policy questions to the appropriate organizer or provider rather than guessing.
