PodiumBase is about your race photos and the club referral program. The help center and the bot can answer questions on those topics.
What goes to a person
PodiumBase does not handle race registration payments, refunds, timing or results. For any of those, or for a complaint or dispute, a teammate will follow up rather than the bot guessing. Ask in the chat and we will route it to the right person.
