The race.
The 2026 Arc Race takes place on Saturday, September 12th in Liverpool, NY, with multiple distance options including a 1-mile kids fun run (8:30 a.m. start), 5K (9:00 a.m.), 3K family fun walk (9:15 a.m.), and virtual participation available. Race bibs and shirts are distributed at packet pickup on Friday, September 11th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet in East Syracuse, with same-day registration and packet pickup also offered. Proceeds benefit the Arc of Onondaga Foundation, which supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the event features the Athletes in Tandem program pairing community participants with athletes with disabilities.
