Join Girls on the Run Mid and Western Maryland for a 5K run on May 31, 2026, in Frederick, MD. The race features a two-loop course on Hood College campus and concludes with a pancake breakfast celebration including pancakes, breakfast meats, fruit, water, and juices. Program participants and volunteer coaches receive complimentary breakfast; others may purchase tickets. Parking is available at the Frederick Health Garage, top floor, as no parking is available on campus.
