About the race
The race.
The 2026 Kent Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving morning, November 26th, in Kent, Ohio. Participants can choose between a 5K run/walk starting at 9:15 a.m. or a Fun Run (under 800 meters) starting at 9:00 a.m. Packet pickup is available Wednesday, November 25th from 3–6 p.m. or race morning from 7:30–9:00 a.m. at Kent Park and Recreation's Shelter House.
