6000 Sisters, 6000 Steps for Hope Breast Cancer Walk & Health Expo 2026

The race.

This 3-mile untimed walk in Dallas on September 26, 2026, benefits Sisters Network Dallas Inc. and honors African American women affected by breast cancer. Participants ages 12 and older register for $35 (students $25); children 11 and younger do not require registration. T-shirts are provided only to those registered by September 1st. The event features a health expo with healthcare and wellness exhibitors. Fundraising donations received by September 25th at 9 a.m. are eligible for top individual and team awards. In Honor/In Memory signs are available for $25 with purchase deadline of September 2nd.
