Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon & Kids Triathlon 2026

The race.

The Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon takes place August 30, 2026, at Preston Miller Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The sprint distance includes a 400-meter swim in the Russel Sim Aquatic Center, a 14-mile bike loop departing from the park via Veterans Boulevard through neighborhood roads, and a 5-kilometer run on park paths and trails with paved and rock chip surfaces. A kids triathlon begins at 9:30 a.m. featuring a 50-meter swim, 3-mile bike, and 1-mile run. All participants receive a race shirt; finishers earn a medal. Awards go to the top three overall finishers by gender, top masters by gender, and top three in age groups from 15–19 through 80+. USA Triathlon membership is required and available for one-day purchase through registration.
