Cardio Kidz Spring Running Series takes place on Sundays at Winston Campus track in Palatine, Illinois, featuring three race distances: 50-yard dash for ages 2–3, 100-yard dash for preschool ages 4–5, and 400-meter race for kindergarten through 8th grade. The three-week series runs April 12, 2026, with rain dates of May 3 and 17. Registration costs $35 per participant and includes a finisher medal, swag bag, three racing bibs, weekly progress reports, and a goal tracker sheet; a $5 sibling discount applies. Races are timed and results are emailed after each event. Heat separations are organized by age group.
