About the race

The race.

Chingona Fest is a 6-hour trail running event fundraising for Chingonas on the Run, held June 27–28, 2026 in Pearblossom, California. Participants complete as many 4.16-mile loops as possible within six hours on Sunday, June 28, starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 1:00 PM. Each loop includes 728 feet of elevation gain on single-track trails in Angeles National Forest, summiting Mount Hillyer each circuit. The start and finish are at basecamp, where an aid station provides food, hydration, and support throughout. Finishers receive a medal, and all participants enjoy dinner Saturday night, Sunday breakfast, a post-run lunch, and a welcome goodie bag. Camping Saturday night is included in registration; those without gear can contact the organizers for borrowing resources. The event is for women and gender-expansive participants.
