The race.
Dash N' Smash is a virtual 5K run/walk taking place on August 29, 2026, benefiting gastroparesis awareness and research through G-PACT, a nonprofit supporting those with gastroparesis and digestive tract paralysis conditions. Participants complete the 5K on their own schedule at a location of their choice, with no registration fee required. After finishing, participants are encouraged to take the #GPPieFaceChallenge as a cool-down activity. Donations to G-PACT are requested on a voluntary basis, with suggested donations of $1 per mile. The event raises awareness for gastroparesis, a digestive motility disorder affecting millions worldwide with no known cure.
