Downtown Christmas Run 2026

The race.

The Downtown Christmas Run takes place on December 11, 2026, in Shreveport, Louisiana, featuring a 3.1-mile run/walk course that loops three times through the downtown area. The race begins at 7:00 p.m. Packet pickup is available December 8–10 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Sportspectrum, with additional pickup on race day from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Sportspectrum and from 5:30 p.m. at the race site. Age group awards are offered for males and females in categories spanning ages 9 and under through 75+, with overall winners receiving Sportspectrum gift certificates. Participants may opt out of receiving a race shirt to reduce entry fees by $5.00.
