Great Island Adventure Triathlons 2026

The race.

The Great Island Adventure Triathlons feature sprint-distance races on Saturday, June 27, 2026, in Lock Haven, PA. Participants choose between a swim triathlon (750m downstream swim, 10.6-mile bike, 5k run) or adventure triathlon (5k kayak loop, 10.6-mile bike, 5k run), with both races starting at 8 a.m. Competitors can enter individually or as part of a 2- or 3-person relay team. The transition area is located at Lockport Boat Launch. Awards are given to top finishers in multiple age groups, plus top relay teams by gender. All finishers receive recovery food, and registration includes either a long-sleeved race shirt or athletic towel of your choice.
