July 4th Run 5K/10K/13.1 HOUSTON 2026

The July 4th Run takes place on July 4, 2026, in Houston, TX, offering four distances: 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and 13.1 miles. Participants can choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 AM, with the final wave departing at 8:30 AM; coordinators remain on-site for three hours after the first wave. All ages and paces are welcome to run or walk. Finishers receive a technical running t-shirt (shipped to your registered US address before race day), finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, online results, and a certificate of completion. Race bibs are distributed on race day; packet pickup is not required. Timing is optional and can be tracked through personal apps or with coordinator assistance. A virtual run option is available with a training pack. For every mile logged after the race, $1 is donated to participating charities.
