July 4th Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS 2026

The July 4th Run takes place on July 4, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee, offering distances of 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and 13.1 miles. Participants can choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with the final wave departing at 8:30 a.m.; coordinators remain on-site for three hours after the first wave. Registration includes a race bib provided on race day, finisher's medal, running t-shirt shipped to your registered address, finisher's towel or giveaway, digital training pack, and online results with certificate of completion. Optional timing through personal apps or coordinator assistance is available; no timing chips are used. Virtual participation is also offered, with results submitted after completion to receive a medal. All ages and paces welcome, including walkers; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
