Level I Coaching Certification runs May 23–24, 2026, delivered entirely online via Zoom. The two-day program meets 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time each day, with 5-minute breaks hourly and a 45-minute lunch break around noon. Day One covers coaching principles, periodized training, exercise physiology, and running form; Day Two covers coaching business, sports psychology, nutrition, injury recognition, environmental factors, and group program development. Participants must attend fully and complete a post-course open-book exam (85/100 required for certification) within 30 days. A preparatory webinar and hard-copy course book will be provided; current CPR and First Aid certifications must be submitted within 60 days. Registration is limited to 35 participants.
