The race.
Level I Coaching Certification delivered online via Zoom on June 20-21, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time each day. The two-day seminar covers coaching principles, training program development, exercise physiology, running form, sports psychology, nutrition, injury recognition, and environmental factors affecting performance. Attendance and participation are required; participants must complete an online exam within 30 days with a score of 85 or higher to earn certification.
