The race.
Level I Coaching Certification course delivered online via Zoom on July 11-12, 2026, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time each day. Two-day seminar covers coaching principles, exercise physiology, training program development, sports psychology, nutrition, injury prevention, and business of coaching, with group exercises and small-group breakout sessions. Full attendance required; participants must have current CPR and First Aid certifications and pass an open-book exam (85/100 minimum) within 30 days.
