The race.
Level I Coaching Certification online course held August 1-2, 2026, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time each day via Zoom. Two-day seminar-style program covers coaching principles, training program development, exercise physiology, running form, sports psychology, nutrition, injury prevention, and environmental factors affecting performance. Registration limited to 35 participants. Full attendance required; open-book exam (85/100 minimum score) due within 30 days of course completion.
