The race.
Level I Coaching Certification delivered online via Zoom on August 29-30, 2026, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time each day. The two-day seminar covers coaching principles, training program development, exercise physiology, running form, sports psychology, nutrition, injury recognition, and environmental factors. Full attendance required; participants must complete an open-book exam within 30 days with a minimum score of 85%.
